Location: The site is located between Nos 57 and 61 Hamilton Terrace, close to the junction with Hall Road. It lies within the St John’s Wood conservation area. Description: Planning consent was granted on the 29th March 2007 for demolition of part of the rear extension of 61 Hamilton Terrace and the erection of a new detached villa in the garden fronting onto Hamilton Terrace.
